Yoga: Plow Pose
Here is what we call the
PLOW
pose! This pose has many benefits:
Strengthens and opens up the neck, shoulders, abs and back muscles
Stimulates Thyroid gland
Strengthens the immune system
Calms the nervous system
Reduces stress and fatigue
